Πέρασαν χρόνια μια βραδιά βρήκα τη Λήδα μου
Σε μια θλιμμένη γειτονιά, παλιά παγίδα μου
Τα σύννεφα ήταν χαμηλά όμως δεν έβρεχε
Όπως εκείνη τη φορά μακριά μου που έφευγε

Years have gone by, one night I found my Lida
In a sad neibourghood old trap of mine
Clouds were low in the sky, but it wasn't raining
Like the time she was walking away from me

Η Λήδα ρωτάει τι κάνω. Ακόμα χάνω
Πού έφτασες εσύ. Εγώ είμαι στην αρχή

Lida asks me how I am doing. I still lose the game
Where did you get? I am still in the beginning

Τις χίμαιρες τις νίκησε, σελίδα γύρισε
Μα ένοιωσα κάτι σταυρωτά όταν με φίλησε
Λήδα ήμουν ξένος και τυφλός μα εσύ δεν ήξερες
Κι όμως μου χάρισες το φως μα δεν το πίστεψες

She thrashed her fears. She turned the page
But I felt something when she kissed me on the cheek.
Lida, I was lost and blind but you didn't know it
You gave me light but you never believed you did so

Και πριν να φύγω μια σιωπή. Βλέπω ένα δάκρυ της.
Ένα σκουπίδι λέει αυτή ήταν στο μάτι της
Κι όλο κοιτούσε χαμηλά τάχα δεν έκλαιγε
Όπως εκείνη τη φορά μακριά μου που έφευγε

And before I go, silence. I see her tear.
She says it is something in her eye.
And she kept looking on the ground, pretending she doesn't cry.
Like the time she was walking away from me.
